HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

FuRRR- Feline Rescue is a 501(c)(3) corporation chartered by the State of New Hampshire in 2015, of 73
Pickering Road, County of Strafford, Gonic, New Hampshire, and members of the general public volunteer
to serve FuRRR - Feline Rescue in various capacities while lawfully on its premises:

FuRRR - Feline Rescue and the VOLUNTEER agree as follows:

1. Volunteers shall abide by the safety rules, regulations, policies, and procedures as disseminated by FuRRR -
Feline Rescue;

2. Volunteers shall work at FuRRR - Feline Rescue at their own risk (Medical insurance is not provided to
volunteers).

Risks include, but are not limited to, cat bites, scratches, allergies, infections, and associated illnesses;

3. Volunteers hereby indemnify and hold harmless FuRRR - Feline Rescue for any damages, injury, or casualty
resulting from their work on the premises of FuRRR or in any related work concerning FuRRR - Feline Rescue;

4. FuRRR - Feline Rescue is not responsible for any volunteer for their own negligence or intentional misconduct;

5. Volunteers shall cooperate fully with staff at all times;

6. Use of a volunteer’s photographs and videos may be used for promotional purposes or on FuRRR’s website
and FuRRR’s social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter)
